Refund Policy

At True_Royalty Brands, we strive to provide our customers with the highest quality unisex apparel and exceptional shopping experience. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

Eligibility for Refunds

To be eligible for a refund, the following conditions must be met:

  • Return Window: Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
  • Condition: Items must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received them. They must also be in the original packaging with all tags attached.
  • Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.

Non-Refundable Items

Certain items are not eligible for refunds, including:

  • Gift cards
  • Items marked as final sale
  • Personalized or custom-made items
  • Underwear and swimwear for hygiene reasons

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact Us: Before returning an item, please contact our customer service team at jessecedillo14@true-royalty.com to obtain a Return Authorization Number (RAN).
  2. Pack Your Item: Safely pack the item in its original packaging, including any accessories, manuals, and documentation that came with the product.
  3. Ship the Item: Clearly write the RAN on the outside of the package and send it to the address provided by our customer service team. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund based on the condition of the returned product.

  • Approved Refunds: If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
  • Partial Refunds: In some cases, only partial refunds may be granted (e.g., items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error).

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same item, please contact our customer service team to arrange the exchange.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. If the return is due to our error (e.g., you received an incorrect or defective item), we will cover the return shipping costs.
